Registration for the COAR Annual Meeting is now open via the University of Vienna website.

The conference fee is €50 for COAR members and partners and €80 for non-members.

Please read the following instructions before registering:

Poster Submission

If you would like to submit a poster please send your PDF files to COAR Office by no later than March 15th, 2016.

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations received by February 29, 2016, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • For cancellations received between March 1, 2016 and March 31, 2016 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
  • For cancellations after March 31, 2016 or no shows no refunds will be available.

All refunds will be issued after the conference.

  • Valid for flights to Vienna and return as of Apri 5th, 2016 until April 20th, 2016 (final date for return flight) and OS operated flights.
