11th General Assembly of COAR

COAR members and partners are invited to attend the online 11th General Assembly of COAR. On April 24, COAR members and partners were emailed with the agenda for the General Assembly and other related documents.
Date and Time
The 11th General Assembly of COAR will take place online on Friday 24 April 2020 from 13:00h to 15:30h UTC (Coordinated University Time). Connection instructions will be emailed to registered participants.
Registration
The meeting is open to COAR members and COAR partners only. Please register for the meeting by April 21, 2020 here.
Connection information
The meeting will take place on Zoom. If you do not have access to Zoom in your country, you can participate in the meeting via Skype. Please send the COAR office your Skype name. The zoom link will be sent to all registered participants on April 22, 2020
In advance of the meeting, please download the zoom software onto your laptop, telephone, or tablet. You may also choose to call-in using the numbers provided by Zoom but, in this case, you will not be able to follow the presentation in real time.
Voting in the General Assembly
Every member institution has one vote in the General Assembly. If you cannot attend the meeting, please consider appointing another COAR member as a proxy to vote on behalf of your institution. The proxy authorization form is available here. Please email the signed copy of proxy authorization form to the COAR office by April 21, 2020. Voting instructions will be emailed to authorized representatives and proxy on April 22, 2020.
