This is a critical time for research communications. Governments and funding agencies are making important decisions about policy implementation and infrastructure investments. Open access repositories have been implemented around the world, becoming not only a robust tool for managing the intellectual output of an organization but an essential component of the global e-infrastructure for the open science and open education.
COAR is working to ensure that we have the infrastructure in place to support fair and sustainable scholarly communication system. A system in which all researchers can participate, regardless of geographic location or discipline. COAR also supports local capacity building for your repository operations.
